Governor Paul Cellucci appointed BHI Executive Director David Tuerck as a member of his Economic and Fiscal Policy Working Group organized following the November 1998 election. Economist Martin Feldstein chaired the transition group of distinguished economic and business leaders charged with making fiscal policy recommendations to Governor Cellucci and Lieutenant Governor Jane Swift.
The administration will file legislation to implement recommendations made by the transition group.
