G. Tuerck is Executive Director of the Beacon Hill Institute
and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Economics at Suffolk
University in Boston, MA. He holds a doctorate in economics from
the University of Virginia, and has written extensively on issues
of taxation and public economics.
Bachman is a the Director of Research at the Beacon Hill Institute.
He holds a Master of Science in International Economics degree frum
Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) degree from
St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He also teaches introductory
economics at Suffolk University and has authored several studies
on economic policy.
Haughton is a Senior Economist at the Beacon Hill Institute
and Assistant Professor of Economics at Suffolk University. He holds
a doctorate in economics from Harvard University and has published
widely in refereed journals on economic development, taxation, and

a B.S in Interdisciplinary Mathematics: Economics from the University
