Some visitors have experienced difficulty downloading our most recent report on education.

If you are having problems reading BHI's Education study in your browser please try the following:

On a PC, right click on the Education study URL on BHI's home page. A Windows 95 menu appears; choose "save link as." A dialog box should appear with the title of the document already chosen for you. In this case "Edstudyexecsum." Hit save. This will save it to the default download directory (i.e. your desktop or downloads directory or wherever) that you have already chosen for downloads. Close or minimize your browser. Click on the PDF document "EdStudyexecsum." This should launch your Adobe Acrobat reader and you should be able to read the document.

No problems have been reported on a Mac platform.
